Just a little overwhelmed with this as it seems scary stuff.
It s a piddling parking ticket from a scammer. probably one of about ten million they issue each year. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Thank you! I've added the above to the email. So now you respond and ask for proof of their claim, that will be what the PPC sent them (or not)
You also ask for their legal authority to add £60.
As they have no legal authority, if they do reply it will be rubbish

I've been reviewing the photo evidence sent by the company following a SARS and I can't believe I didn't notice it before but the photos appear to be have taken on different days! They are similar, but the backgrounds have differences - sign in one which can't be seen in the others which can't be explained by the camera angle and the absence of bushes where appears in other, graffiti changing on different pictures! They have quite clearly to me faked the time stamps to make it look like it was the same day! What should I Do? Complain to them? Trading Standards? Any help would be appreciated.

What did you expect from an ex clamper sc#mm#r ??
You could complain to the IPC , to trading standards , to your local MP , to anyone who will listen
Even better for your Court case , much better to use their own evidence against them
If you win , start a Court case against WW for fundamental dishonesty !!1 -
Show us the photos. Helps to have more eyes
Have you checked the contract yet? Landowner to ppc.2 -
