Access to Bounce Back Loan for non business account holder

Hello!

I run a small beauty business working from home and i have a question about the bounce back loan. I am going round in circles. I have accounts with Halifax and Lloyds bank and i have always used my halifax current account for my earnings that go through my bank.  Halifax don't offer business accounts so their website tells me to get in touch with Lloyds or Royal bank of Scotland to apply for bounce bank loans. Lloyds aren't accepting new business account applications and Royal bank of Scotland say 'talk to your main bank'... which is Halifax but i can't because they don't offer business accounts! I previously applied for an HSBC account before the sept 30th deadline but i didnt ever receive the letter with an activation code on and the email went to my spam folder so i missed the deadline for opening a business account. Please can you advise if there is any other way for me to apply for a bounce back loan?

https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/news/2020/05/small-business-boost-as-bounce-back-loans-launched/#where shows Starling are offering BBLs and are allowing new accounts to be opened.  Other than that, unless someone offering BBLs reopens to new customers you won't be able to get one.

not sure if it was your typo but the Halifax site states Lloyds or Bank of Scotland. Royal Bank of Scotland is not part of the Lloyds group.
Have you enquired if the 'loan servicing account' is an option from Lloyds if you have an account with them

There appears to have now been an extension of the BBLS applications until the end of January as well as now allowing top ups on existing loans, so that may help you with your application.
