Avro Energy rip off

I have seen 300 units of gas added to my latest bill despite providing accurate meter readings at the end of the month. I'm not sure what's going on and whether anyone can comment. I'm definitely following up with them. Just wonder if I'm the only one they're trying to screw over.

    I have been with Avro for a few years now and submit my reading on the same date every month.

    My bills show the charge period as 9th of the previous month to the 9th of the current month.

    On the 9th, before I go to work at 7am, I take and submit my meter readings.

    I then get a bill around 3 or 4 days later (depending on if it's the weekend or not) based on my readings.

    My bill shows the readings as C (for customer?) and it is only when I have been on holiday on the 9th of the month that I have had an estimated bill.
