Account reporting older than 6 years on credit report

Hello, my british gas, which has a late payment from august 2014 is still reporting this and sppears to be reporting the account 6 an a half years back. What can i do to fix this

Ah ok. They never used to report for me, this was a few years back mind you. Things may have changed.
Raise a complaint with Equifax and Experian - should be straightforward enough,0
