HSBC Wrong Phone Number

My partner got locked out of his HSBC app. The app asked him to call 0345 600 2390 to unlock the app.
This phone number is for the Co-op Bank, mortgage department.
My partner didn't hear the Co-op bit, just the bank, when they answered, so started answering their security questions, breaching his own security.
Correct number is 0345 740 4404.
The lady at the Co-op was very nice and said he was about the fifteenth person who had wanted HSBC in the last hour.

Is the 0345 600 2390 number still visible anywhere in the app?

For online banking help call 0345 600 2290

which is obviously just one digit different, so it's not beyond the bounds of possibility that there's been a simple typo somewhere along the line....
