Court judgements & Insolvency records showing up with Experian search when signing up to Dashly.com

I've just signed up with Dashly.com to see what mortgage offers they could do for me. As part of that, they did a credit history search in Experian and it's flagged up 2 negative factors, "£11537 value of non-current court judgements and insolvency records", then underneath that it says "£11537 value of current court judgements and insolvency records". I've not paid for an Experian subscription since I moved to my current properly, previous to that when I did briefly pay them for a few months nothing of this nature showed up. I can only therefore assume that this issue is related somehow to a previous resident of this address. I've certainly never had any CCJs or insolvencies myself, neither has my wife.

Is there any way to get more info on this and remove it from my account? Would I need to pay Experian for a few months to get their help with this? I'm totally new to this sort of thing.

You can get free access to your Experian records by signing up to Clearscore, no need for a subscription. CCJ's and the like aren't recorded against addresses.0

Request copies of your statutory credit reports directly from Experian, Equifax and TransUnion - there is no need to pay for any subscription or the like. If these CCJs are present on those reports then you will need to dispute them.0

I've just signed up for Clearscore, that's not showing anything negative at all, no bankruptcies, CCJs or IVAs. So where is the Dashly.com Experian search getting it from...?!0

Clearscore doesn't use Experian. It uses Equifax0

My Experian passkey came this morning, and looking through the information, there is absolutely nothing about insolvency. I then decided to think laterally about the amount there, and it corresponds exactly to the amount of money still owed on HP for my car. So I have nothing to worry about, but it's just strange that Dashly show that information in the way they do. Yes, it's negative in that it's money I owe, I guess, but it's perfectly normal to owe money for a car, it's nothing to do with insolvency at all!
Thanks to all for suggesting getting the Experian report btw, without that I would have started subscribing with them again, which at £15/month is far too much!0 -
