    Absolutely should sgray. You are correct under package agreements etc but I suspect you may have a fight on your hands - like thousands of others- and may take court action to force their hand on this.   

    Edited to add that if flights are going ahead LH are not refunded from airlines.  The sheer volume of cases seems to be preventing them from being able to abide by the rules of package holidays.  Not a good situation for either party so yes try your insurance to see if you are covered.
