Furloughed with pay

Was put on furlough at the beginning of lockdown. I received a few months pay and then was told the company had to let me go. I contacted the company several times with no response, I have left numerous messages as I have not received pay due, holiday pay, last few months payslip, no p60 since April and still no p45. I contacted the Hmrc and was told there is no remit with them and to keep trying with the company. This is beyond frustrating. Any advice what could be done as i am now wondering if I’m still on their books and they are no being honest with me.

Check your personal tax accounts online you will find out from there what payments are recorded as being paid to you.
You don’t need a P45 either as HRMC themselves told me that it’s a final pay submission which again goes to them and will show on your accounts.
HRMC cannot chase payments they are correct in saying that, you need to check your accounts and then I would contact ACAS for further advice and guidance.
I was in the same boat as you albeit got furlough payments(eventually) but absolutely nothing else during the first lockdown.
I fortunately got another job and walked away myself though(easier said than done I know)

Is the company still trading?  If so, notice periods and redundancy process of your contract (and statute) should still apply.  Obviously, if the company is being unresponsive, that does not help practically.  Have you contacted CAB?
