I’ll just close the thread thank you.
You are aware I hope that an MP recently opined in the HofC that some of these companies may well have links to organised crime. If you pay this you might be funding white slavery, people smuggling, and the importation of class A substances. I hope you will swallow your pride and fight this.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
A phone does not give you full internet access and should not be used in legal matters , we tell everyone this fact , not just you
If SIP parking have filed for judgment you will have a CCJ against you already , meaning you have no choice in the matter but to pay up , in full , promptly
You can phone the CCBC and see if the CCJ has been registered , that is one useful thing your phone can do
Like I said earlier , we need all the facts , not a bare minimum1 -
It’s not about my pride.
I don’t have a laptop & I clearly don’t know what I’m doing here.
I’m also home schooling a self isolating 8 year old who now wants his lunch!
I can’t give this the attention it so clearly needs so I’d like to just close the thread.

But you have a claim form and a risk of a CCJ. Don't pay it, borrow a laptop.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

CM is right, these companies can ruin your life, it is nearly always the right thing tio do to stand and fight. If you pay your name may be circulated on suckers lists. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

We have a template defence, 2 clicks back...it will take you 15 minutes max, to add your own details to it.Perry11 said:I’ll sort it out. This just isn’t the place for me.

And that is what we are trying to help you do.Perry11 said:I just need to sort it out as best I can.Perry11 said:The issue date is October 8th so I’m already too late. With a Claim Issue Date of 8th October, you had until Tuesday 27th October, last Tuesday, to file an Acknowledgment of Service.
Since that date the Claimant has been free to seek a Default Judgment against you.
I suggest you file an Acknowledgment of Service now, today before 4pm, in the hope that the Claimant is asleep. They often are.To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.
About ten minutes work - do it now.Having filed an AoS, you then have until 4pm on Tuesday 10th November 2020 to file your Defence. That's over a week away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Do the AoS today before 4pm and don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.3
