It was not the HTB ISA that I was thinking of, but the Help to Buy scheme, so if you put down 5% they will put down 20% and you only need a mortgage for 70%. If you have enough to reach 5% then it may be worth acting now, depending on your circumstances, but only you will know if that works for you.2 -

There is the link, it only applies to new builds, but it is certainly something worth considering.
