Credit Club requesting job role and employer

Would someone kindly advise why I must now give my job role and employer to log in to Credit Club, please?

I have not been asked for that.  Sometimes have to confirm the details already held but never been asked for more information to log in.  Are you sure you are on the real site ?

I’ve been asked before it’s just to confirm the details you put in at first. Happens every few months.

Its for their internal eligibility checkers so it can offer you products to others with similar income/job titles I imagine.

It’s a trade-off. They want information that CRAs don’t normally have, you want your credit report.
