Hi everyone, like so many the pandemic has me itching to move house and so I decided to boot up the old PPP social housing account, just for a browse and there's actually some intriguing rentals on there.
Unfortunately my account reads as inactive and maybe it's just me but the website isn't the most intuitive.
Does anyone have a link or any info on how to reactivate an account? Do I have to close current account and reopen another?
I have been in touch with one housing association who instructed me to login to account and fill in the register form again but I honestly can't find it.
Directions/crystal clear instructions for a dense idiot like myself would be appreciated.
