Bus service here is OK ,  l m not working , use the car normal as go supermarket , school run but school  over 10 miles away.
Also another question , after file Bankruptcy , need to open a basic bank account , which bank is easy to open ? Got a debt with Barclay n Nationwide .Thanks

 You may have to prove that the car is essential ie: taking the kids to school and not a want but that should be ok.
Try a Starling account, they are pretty good and a lot of people on here use them.

Just submit it n paid , come up , we have 28days to review and make a decision about your application , is it normal please???

Yes that is normal but they usually come back to you the next day or so to say it has been accepted and with in a week or so for the OR to ring you.

Did you take any advice at all from a debt charity?

You open the account as it is for you to use. You can do it online.

Received call from OR , just confirm some details ，he said because Lloyds bank current account is my main one , l can keep it , l don't think Lloyd's allow it , it not a basic account just see , also open HSBC basic account n approve , now just waiting paper work from OR n HSBC debit card . Can start to relax a little bit , thanks.

Good thing to open a basic account. 
The Lloyds group are not BR friendly so I would expect them to close that account.

Is it normal they ask your partner income or working details for past few yrs , then write report to creditor ??
