Hotel refund but not flight

But they would have known that Ryan air would not refund?

Yes so it was her choice to cancel and they say it depends on airline policy and we all know Ryanair’s policy. Unfortunately I think it’s a bit of unfair trickery on their part but it is self cancelled

Thanks for the input guys.
I'll try the chargeback route through NatWest again but they said originally as it was paid in monthly instalments they could not allocate a particular payment as being for the flights, even though I showed them the invoice with the seperate costs.
