Useless B&Q online ordering

I'm currently trying to order a large amount of various different tiles for my house (around £1,000 worth in total)
The biggest single quantity for the living/dining room is for 33 packs, however when I try to complete the order (after going through the whole process first) it informs me that only 13 packs of this particular tile are available.
And yet my local store currently has 21 packs available (I've seen them physically there on the shelf) and other nearby stores have plenty in stock and available according to the website.
I've tried phoning customer support (gave up after 20 mins in the queue) tried filling in the customer contact form only to get a ''404 Page does not exist'' message on pressing submit!!
Does anyone know why they're unwilling to complete my online order when they appear to have plenty of the tiles I need in stock in their physical stores?
Is it worth me spending half a day travelling to my local store to try and speak to a human being to complete this order or will I just get the usual ''computer says no'' response from them too?

An online delivery order will be dispatched from a central warehouse, rather than stock being collected up from local stores. So most likely they only have 13 packs at the depot. Easiest thing to do is take the 13 packs in your online order and then click and collect the remaining required packs from your local store.1

Thanks yes that looks like my only option, apart from the collect bit, the 20 packs probably weigh well over half a ton and my ''local'' store is actually 28 miles away, so not really an option in a Citroen C1!
I'm assuming I can go and order them in store and still get them delivered0 -

Better to go in store order your 33 packs. You can then specify they must be from the same batch.0

I HATE, HATE, HATE the B&Q website! Your best bet is to go into your local store and order everything you want for delivery from them. Job done.
For reasons that make no sense whatsoever, you can order some heavy things online (such as flooring) but not others (such as skirting boards) and yet you can order all of it for delivery when you go into the store. And don't get me started on their huge number of 'online exclusives' which aren't available for delivery (and of course, not available click and collect or in store because they're online only!!).0
