Quote for new roof on semi-detached house.

I've had a quote for a semi-detatched roof - I knew the roof needed doing but is this quote fair? It's £4100 for:

• Full Re Roof
• Remove existing roof to bare spars
• Re felt and baton with a high grade breathable felt and treated batons.
• Supply and fit Crest Tiles
• Supply and fit dry ridge system with Crest ridges
• Grind out chimney
• Re point chimney
• Supply and fit lead work - chimney front, back, ashings and soakers
• Supply and fit dry verge system
• Removal of all debris
• Scaffolding included

It's a little more than I planned, but the work I've had them do earlier - which was to solve a major guttering/fascia problem - was good.

Also, my neighbour might get theirs done at the same time, but assuming they don't, is there any problems with half of the roof being new and half of the roof being old?

I'm in a mid terrace and I have had quotes for similar jobs for £3900 and £4500, so I think the price sounds about right. Can't say much about any potential problems. That hadn't even crossed my mind.

That sounds less than i'd have guessed, i'd have thought easily over 5.

I'm getting just the back of my 3 bed semi done. Not new tiles, they will take of and replace felt and batons, then out tiles back replacing any broken ones as this is cheaper. Have been warned it will look the same. I'm not worried just want the roof to stay on as the baton have all deteriorated to a biscuit  consistency  and have been told my new guttering is now holding then up! 
The guttering company who told me this weren't overly keen on doing the job, but quoted £2400 (cash). I recently was quoted by another company £4800!! Went for a 3rd quote before I made my decision... £1460, phew. They are starting tomorrow. This is for only half a roof and reusing the old tiles... oh and capping the chimney as I'm taking the chimney breast down soon.
