Virgin Media in the wrong

So I moved house a few years ago, refused to pay the remainder of my VM contract as THEY could not supply their service in my new property. I think they are now being investigated by OFCOM regarding this practice. Anyway, I've got on to CISAS about them and Virgin have agreed to pay me £300. I've chased and chased this payment and keep being told due to covid there is a delay. Who do I complain to now to get this money paid - in fact I want more now as it's been 6 months of p*** taking by them avoiding paying me.

I have done and this is where I am at the moment, just kept getting told that they will pay and then I hear nothing, I chase and round and round we go - I've had enough. If the roles were reversed I'd get bad credit so I want action against thempphillips said:The CISAS website says you should contact them.0 -
I've never done this and feel I should get more than the £300 I've been offered. I did ask for £3000 originally.Chino said:0
