My partner needed a new timing belt and water pump on her car, when she dropped it off at the garage she bought the car from (due to us already having a few issues with the garage) she took a picture of her mileage. What did the garage say when you asked them in person ( rather than letter writing) . Have they even received the letters and how long ago did you send them.

didnt you ask when you picked the car up? as it was immediately obvious they had done the extra miles.
