We where advised  all debts are included within an iva but now have two payments left to finalise and have been told that we have to pay a ccg

    There are some debts that would not be included in an IVA. You would need to give us a lot more detail of your IVA, what debts were listed, what the 'two payments ' are and what a ccg is. Do you mean ccj - county court judgement?
