Redundancy and Furlough

Can anyone help please. My employer told me I would no longer be needed for work after 28 Feb 20 but said he would pay me 2 month's notice pay. 1 to be paid in March and the second at the end of April which was actually paid in May. I instigated an ET1 in July because he didn't go through the correct process in making me redundant. I received no further income from him until Aug when equivalent of 4 months wages appeared in my bank account and a further payment in Sept from my former employer. I have not received payslips for these payments. I had my first Hearing at tribunal on Wednesday of this week and the Judge declared that if I keep the Furlough pay, I wasn't made redundant and therefore my claim is void. My employer has not notified me in writing about the Furlough it just appeared. I have said that I will send the Furlough pay back to my employer. Does anyone know how I stand on this.

Been in touch with ACAS and HMRC Job Retention Team who have both advised that because my daughter's employer didn't get her to sign an agreement to accept that she was being furloughed which was the requirement of HMRC the Furlough has been claimed illegally. They have advised that my daughter was made redundant.0
