How can you get free help with a IVA seen loads of websites dont know who to trust don't have the money to pay for help if I did I wouldn't need help in the first place. Got into loads of debt with my ex let her use my name to get credit to keep her happy know have children with a new woman but loads of debt harassing me including a mortgage default a house I didn't want to lose but she made it a nightmare for me in court I wanted the house but she kept moving in and out constantly and kept taking mortgage money out of are joint account and wouldnt accept a pay out

Stepchange probably your best bet.

StepChange is SOOOOO good. They helped me so much, I can't praise them highly enough. All free, and never ever judgemental. Just when I was really at my lowest, they offered a workable solution for me.
