Does anyone with Virgin Media receive emails telling you that you can view a usage statement? I don’t have their mobile phone services, just their fibre and TV but I’ve had a couple of emails from the address below, would anyone know if it is genuine please?
email@em.virginmedia.com
Me and my silly fingers accidentally clicked through to what looked like the Virgin site on an iPad so do I need to secure my account now?
All help gratefully received.
Thanks

If in any doubt do not click on any link in any email from anybody and don't follow any links or emails used in the email, active or otherwise. In this particular case if you were in doubt you could have opened a new tab and gone to Virgin Media's website and logged in yourself and then looked around for whatever the email was talking about.0

Got it today.
Your Virgin Media Best Bits for September is now ready to view. This is a new, all-digital way to see what you’ve been up to with Virgin Media, plus a few suggestions of how to get the most out of your services. What’s more, by going completely digital, we can reduce the amount of paper we send you in future, while bringing you a clearer, livelier look at how you’ve been using us. To see your household’s stats, you’ll first need to *hyperlink*. (It only takes a few moments.) You can then visit *hyperlink sign in with your My Virgin Media login details. We hope you have fun looking back through everything you’ve done with us.
Deleted it.
After a google search it apparently really is from VM but I've no interest in any past usage anyway.

I have been with VM for a long time and other than my monthly bill, I never get emails from them.0
