Redundancy pay querie.

I have an employment contract stating I work 45 hrs per week.(9hrs per day). Although I usually worked 44 hours (Fri early finish). is my employer obliged to calculate redundancy pay, holiday pay accrued and/or notice at either the 45hrs the contract states, or the 44 hrs actually worked? Or can he just revert back to a 40 hr week?
thanks.
thanks.
