Is there a UNIVERSAL HDD docking station (IDE to IDE as well as IDE to SATA)?

In true money saving style it is just not necessary. I literally have 20 Old PC’s in the loft. All are similar age to this PC. Up until 3 years ago Rolls Royce were using old pcs with ide to running specialised milling machines. The interface cards were designed to work with that particular model on XP only0
