Lifetime ISA allowance full

Hello MSE Money Forum,
I'm saving as much money as possible for a house deposit.
I have a Lifetime ISA, but have hit the limit for how much I can save for the financial year.
I'm also paying into a Help to Buy ISA with a different provider and paying the maximum in each month.
Can anyone on the forum advise where I'm best placed to start putting money aside to continue building my deposit please?
I'm looking to buy in the next 12 months.
Thank you!

Hopefully you realise that you can only get the 25% government bonus towards your first property purchase from either the HTB or the LISA but not both?
Other possibilities are summarised at:
https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/which-saving-account/
https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/savings-accounts-best-interest/
with Premium Bonds also worth considering given their current competitiveness against easy access savings.2 -
Eskbanker has you covered on the LISA/HTBISA front.
If you're looking to buy within 12 months then whatever you can't fit into the LISA should go into the highest interest savings account you can find (https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/savings-accounts-best-interest/) which may include premium bonds since interests rates are so close to 0 it's not going to make a real difference to you if you win nothing between now and completion date.

Thanks both for your advice

If you're buying with a partner, have they also filled their LISA? It would mean giving them the money (and them being able to spend it on drugs if they choose), but would give you a further bonus.0
