Help with Mail/Parcels

My business has started to pick up and we are now sending 200 large letter parcels a day (£1.15) and 20 small parcels (£3.80).

Currently Im using stamps and with larger parcels using parcel2go, typing each address, printing and labeling. Then driving to the post office and newsagent to drop them off.

Which can take maybe 2 hours.

I've looked into ways to save time and money but was after any advice.

I've spoke to royal mail but they said they can't connect paypal to click and drop, i'd have to manually type them out.

I saw a girl on youtube using a franking machine which I think might be the best idea but as I use all boxes it doesnt look like it would be as fast as letters and would I have to select loads of buttons just to print out 1 label.

My best idea I can think of is still use stamps, an for the parcels that cost £3.80 use stamps on them, then pay the £800 per year for collection from royal mail.

I have to name and address printed, I just want something easy that pays for postage without time wasting inputing stuff.

We have a franking machine at work and buy the labels you just put into the machine. It's no more difficult than printing onto an envelope, and if you have multiple parcels at the same rate you'd just keep putting a fresh label in.

THanks for the replies, Ive seen something called PPI, you can print labels that are stamps and just stick them on.
