Should my existing supplier sort this oit or is this going to be erroneous transfer ?
Thanks

Post is not quite clear, but if you have Credit meter whilst the national Data Base is showing it as a PAYGO meter, it seems that the change was not registered by whichever supplier did the meter swap - However you complain to your present supplier who's job it is to sort it out

Thanks, what I am trying to figure out is 1. erroneous transfer rule apply as rule states that if switch is done with incorrect details its send back to old supplier- now Incorrect details means mpr/mpan or address?
in my case its “meter serial number” database is showing prepayment meter which was replaced few months ago by old supplier). And while switching i was switched to prepayment tarrif.2. I have raised issue with my current supplier just wondering by looking at the new meter image would they be able to update new neter details like date of installation and start reads as I dont have any.My concern is I dont want to go back with my old supplier now, but can my current supplier raise an ET based in all these issues?
