I would just start returning everything to sender. That's the quickest way to get them act.An answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......0

Are you getting post for every single flat? Or just a few pieces.
If the former that's a hell of a lot of post.....(depending on the size of course but new build care homes aren't usually small)0 -
I rent a newly created attic conversion. It took a while for it to be picked up on those databases, where you select your address from the drop down list. If it wasn't on, sometimes your only choice was to pick the nearest one.
Not saying this has happened, but maybe.0 -

The address will have been assigned to them by the council, the same thing happened to my parents. Their house was number 1, someone bought a yard next door and converted it, and the council assigned it the number 1a - absolutely nothing they could do about it, and no one actually told them, until they started getting his post.0

Mark the envelopes on the letters "return to sender, wrong address or not known" and post back in the post box.
Parcels = refuse them as they are not known at your address.0 -
