At the end of August I bought 2 reduced Vsmile games from the Vtech website to put away for DD for Christmas. A monthish later I got my bank statement and saw that they had taken payment twice. I rang CS and after explaining a couple of times what had happened I seemed to make myself understood and was told to send in my bank statement highlighting the transactions and they would deal with it. I did this and still I have heard nothing! I emailed them a few days ago to chase it up but have had no response. Its only about £10 but its the principal!! Thing is that I am really not good on the phone so I have been trying to avoid having to phone again!
