I get paid a month in arrears , I have just put my invoice in and my employer is with holding my wages ! ( I know longer work for him ) I had two accidents in my van both not my fault ! And have paid a retainer off £100 per month for the van insurance! The accidents he has paid direct cash to pay for the damage !!! And now claims he won’t pay my wages as that the cost of the damage to fix the vans !! Surely that’s not right !

Can you clarify please, if you put an invoice in that would imply you are self employed, and therefore that you have a client and not an employer?1
