Help programming electric heater.
I moved into a flat this summer that has individually programmable electric heaters. I've turned the bedroom one on for the first time this evening to try and programme it and I have no idea how. I've looked in the box of manuals my landlord left me and there's not a manual for the heater and tried to google for a manual but couldn't find one for my heater (or one from the company that was for a similar looking system). I've attached a picture of the controls and if anyone has any advice I'd really appreciate it! (I'd initially thought that P1-7 could be used to programme each day, but I've now got stumped because I can't find a way to choose when the heater goes off, only when it goes on. There are options E1-7 too so unsure if these are used to set the off time, but I worry I'll be pouring money down the drain if I take a trial and error approach!)

Just turn on manually if unsure. Try holding down PROG for a few seconds for adjustment options.
E might be for ERROR codes.

Assuming it's a convector and not a night storage heater, it's going to be very expensive. What's the make and model? What are your kWh rates and standing charges?Make sure you're on the most competitive tariff available. It's equally important that you send monthly meter readings and that you study the bills to make sure that your DD payments are keeping up with your usage, otherwise a nasty case of Bill Shock probably awaits.0
