Statistically this should mean that I gave them the wrong details, but I have a screen shot which shows that I gave them the right details. (Also I always make a note of who and when, when I register somewhere. It won't show the details, but it will show me if I did it, and there's nothing.)It's shambolic.I am thinking, as you suggested later, that it might calm down at the end of November and then they can concentrate more on sorting out people who want to give them bank details.
