I have £7500 in DMP with stepchange. Being in car sales my wages are 30% down. I have wrote to PRA group, Cabot, Wescott and offered 10% to my debts to settle early or i will stop paying them i simply cannot afford them anymore. Lets see what happens i have had the debts for 6 years.

26 days ago you had £5k asking how to invest it, why can you not offer the £5k to your debtors?3

My thoughts on this approach aside, if you are going to go ahead with it, at the very least send off CCA requests to see if the debts are enforcable. And if they are, rethink if you want to risk CCJ's.0

1 debt of £2200 has no CCA the rest do. I have £5k emergency funds. They can take 10% or give me CCj I'm past caring0

I do hope no one takes heed of this as “the way to do things”.2

You have the money to pay off your debts. Pay them, move on and be the better person for it.

I think you need to take a step back & get some help here. If they haven’t the CCA for some then they can’t really enforce any payment until they provide one.
You are better off heading to All-About-Debt or Consumer Action Group forums to get some solid help for your situation here.In the mean time you could make a token £1 payment to each debt whilst you are in difficulty.0
