I had a parking in disabled bay fine,,£100, i sent a letter telling them i took my 90 yrs old mum, who is waiting on her blue badge,into the one shop.they responded by sending another letter fine up to £130! I am a 66yr old pensioner,, help!

Just ignore UKCPS unless they try a small claim.  It is that simple. 

They cannot do anything except letters, and iuf they try court, we will help you win with NO RISK.

Keep all the letters for SIX YEARS and tell them if you move house, in case a claim form later goes to your old address.  Is that OK?

We agree it worries people, which is why we are here.    I am also a retired lady.  You are not helpless.

You will get debt demands.  DON'T ASK US ABOUT THEM PLEASE. Read the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread and look at the pictures.

Of course it is ...... if you let it. It is the main weapon in the parking firm's arsenal. But worrying can't, nor won't, change anything.

OP, have you based your forum username on your real name? If so, you may want to get your forum username changed to something completely anonymous.
