Electrol

Hi. My credit report for the last year has not had me showing up on my electrol so I put a dispute in to get it changed .. today my case got resolved and credit report got updated saying I’ve been on the electrol for a year .. how ever my credit score has now dropped by nearly 100 points . Why would this happen I thought it would improve .
has this happened to anyone else and howling will it take to improve

  • Any changes usually make your pretend credit score drop.

But it's not a real score and not used for anything, so don't worry about it.

Just to clarify, you're meaning the Electoral Roll ?

Also, credit reports report on the data held about you and not numbers/scores/etc, as such, any visit by any official body will show it being reported - because it's the data being reported if it shows any numbers - in any order - it's not what that official body sees.

Credit reports show a persons money management - if you manage your finances well it will say so, if someone looks at your data it will say so, if you have missed a payment - it will say so.
It will show if you are responsible - or not, it's that simple.
