Peugeot 207cc help needed

I’m think of buying a Peugeot 207cc but on mot it states below, is it worth buying and how much would it cost. 
  • Offside Front Outer Drive shaft joint constant velocity boot severely deteriorated (6.1.7 (g) (i))

    Whether it's worth buying depends on the asking price. Surely you'll get the AA or similar to check it over before you buy?

    Driveshaft gaiter is a consumable. It's a 6-13yo car. Not a big job at all - cheap part, maybe an hour or so's labour.
