Is the boiler check due every 12 months in UK?
My owner doesn't check it since 1 year and half!

Gas safety checks are required in rental properties every 12 monthe. They are never required in private houses. What is your question?I am not a cat (But my friend is)1

Assuming it's a rental, at least every 12 months: You can report those who don't, and should, if only for the next tenants!

My boiler requires a yearly service to maintain the warranty. Even if it didn't I would have it done."Everything comes to him who hustles while he waits" Thomas Edison

So have you got a CO alarm near the boiler ?
Why not email or text the Landlord to remind him the Gas Safe Certificate is overdue !
We are in the middle of a Pandemic so some tenants are self isolating and don't want Tradesmen visiting1 -
Assuming you are a tenant, your landlord must give you a Gas Safety Report every year, following an inspection. If he has not:Step one is WRITE to him, at the address provided 'for serving notices' requesting an inspection and ask for a date for this.Step two if this does not result in an inspection and report is to report him to the Health an Safety Executive using form LGSR1

I don't text the landlord because they are all !!!!!! heads.
Then, to avoid to be evicted for this !!!!!!, I'm simply relocating where I have a serious contract through the agency, I'm quite sure they don't !!!!!! up on this one.
Thanks all.0
