Brand new shed leaking water

Hi I have paid £1600 for a garden shed which included installation. This was done yesterday. Unfortunately today water is seeping in through the back wall. I had treated the shed pieces with the paint they supplied. I have sent the company photographs this afternoon and they say this is normal and I should now treat the knots in the wood. The shed was 8'x10' pressure treated double door shiplap Apex shed. I now cannot use the shed and I am wondering what my options are. This is an awful lot of money for me and I am renting storage at the moment which I was hoping to cancel.
What can I do? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Do you have a link to the shed/company?
You paid for installation but are required to paint it?
Is the water visually coming in knots in the wood?0 -
www.sheds.co.uk The paint was one of the options like the base and installation which I agreed. I thought that if they did the complete job then it would be ok. It is happening on 2 sides only at the moment.

what paint it is and does it only have one coat?
Why arent the barge boards and the upright corner trims not painted?
Is that base (interesting construction!) set on weed control cloth on the top of bare soil?0 -
I painted it before assembly and I gave 2 coats of paint to the sides where access would be more difficult. I will paint the rest once the weather improves. The base is set on top of weed control over soil which they recommended. It was only installed yesterday October 26th in afternoon. The paint is Protek Wood Stain & Protector 5L - Soft Sage0

how many of the "legs" are there on the base?
I do fear that will sink.
also is the inside of the roof damp at all?0 -
Plus £239 Installation service
"Note: A flat level base needs to be in situ before any installation can take place. For your base to be considered suitable it MUST be 100% solid, level and flat. Failure to prepare your base correctly will result in aborted Installation and will occur additional costs."
Plus £299 for the wooden Portabase?

Oh I hope not. This is the base I purchased and I also purchased extra strength floor support pack. I am so upset by this as I paid for everything thinking I would have a watertight shed..

Yes I paid for all of this and I submitted photographs of the site to the installation crew before hand. They came yesterday and did not say there was anything wrong with the site and therefore did not abort the installation.0

its not possible to see if the "extra supports" are there or not from the photos, as they will be hidden by the base.
Could you share a picture of the completed side showing the whole wall with the windows in it. There doesn't appear to be any supports down the side in the photo?
