Changing Bank A/c Details on GOV.uk

Hi All
Went on to GOV.uk to change the details but I searched all over but there doesn't seem to be an option to do so, does anyone know how to do this presumably if it can't be done on line I'll have to call HMRC?

What are you changing the bank details for? Benefit payments? Tax Credits? Something else?1
