Yet another failure yesterday with a massive loss.  Not helped by the fact that one of them obviously forgot to lock up and mindless morons went in with a lump hammer!!

With the amount of money being lost, I'll be surprised if they do another series.

Yes yesterday’s episode shows that they had no chance of making any money if there was no vandalism. It cost £7k to fix the vandalism and the loss was around £40k. There has been a couple of instances like this. Another thing is the odd high fees for cheap houses. It shouldn’t cost in excess of £20k fees on a house less than £100k. The program is very interesting but the format is not set up for successful property development.
