Want a garden shed / insulated office, what are my options, please?

Hi there.
Apologies for the huge image, I can't see where to reduce it.
This is the space I have available (although the 7ft could easily be extended to 9 or 10ft). If I am looking to spend up to £900, what are my options - I am guessing for that little, just a garden shed? However, is there such a thing as a 'converted' garden shed before we head for the +£1,500 options?

If you are wanting an "off the shelf" product, then a cheap jobbie from somewhere like Tiger Sheds would be within budget - Add a few sheets of Celotex/Kingspan insulation boards and some ply to insulate & finish the inside. You'll need to leave a reasonable gap between the house & shed, so realistically, you'd only have space for a 4 foot wide shed. Can you site one further away from the house ?
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

don't you need to use the gate for access ?
what about a secondhand upvc conservatory or lean too from ebay etc ?
if you are building yourself i would get secondhand upvc windows & doors,
building your own shed/lean too is easy enough, get secondhand timber for the frame, then loglap/shiplap outside,
how will you get electic to shed/lean to ?0
