Harveys furniture - undelivered

Hi we ordered a corner suite from harveys in January 2020. We were told 16 weeks for delivery, which then got extended by 16weeks due to the current covid situation. We contacted harveys at the end of May and were told it would be coming into the country at end of July. However after not receiving any communication, we attempted to contact them on August with them confirming a delivery at the end of this month. We called today to check if still on track but now can't get through to them and have sent a subsequent email to ask for update on delivery. My concern is that we really need this new sofa now due to disrepair of old sofa but worried they will fob us off with another delivery date. Or we won't be able to get in touch with anyone due to the company going bust. Therefore can you advise what our rights are for cancelling so we can go elsewhere. Want to make sure we do it right and not end up paying g for something we did not receive.
