DCBL parking eye

From someone in the know....
If you receive a letter from DCBL to recover a debt for parking eye or Excel parking UK parking etc...
DCBL work on behalf of the client, ultimately it's up to the cliant what happens not DCBL they really are just a middle man.
The client MAY take you to court if unpaid my advice is to get as much evidence as possible, call DCBL helpline and ask for a copy of the NTK (notice to keeper) by POST Never give your email!!
Offer no more than £5 per month and get them to send you a I & E form (income and expenditure form) via POST (do this after you have received your NTK)
If everyone did this and they have the right to even if they want to pay it will slow the process to help you build up the money and really annoy them!!
DON'T MAKE IT EASY FOR THEM
Happy to answer any questions

Have you first-hand experience of this?
    Was it a ParkingEye PCN?
If so, did you realise that once PE hand over the case to debt collectors they have all but given up any hope of collecting?
Are you paying £5 a month?
Is it DRBL or PE who are 'really annoyed'?

    From someone in the know....

I am not so sure that that is the case

If you receive a letter from DCBL to recover a debt for parking eye or Excel parking UK parking etc...

I take it you mean an alleged debt

Offer no more than £5 per month

Bad advice, offer them nothing, do not engage with them

Finally some common sense.  IMO you do not appear to be qualified to advise here.

Humble or (in this case) otherwise!

    I applaud your forthrightness. 👏

This is odd.  No-one should be paying money to DCBL 'recovery'.  Especially not when they just send 'debt demands' for Parking Eye who in fact file their own claims and would not add £70 on top.

Please can we let this thread die.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
