Help I’m disabled and believe I’m a victim of identity theft

I as alerted to black marks on my credit fife by Credit Karma. I am disabled after having emergency surgery to my spine last year. On my credit file there is a new day card for Debenhams which I do not have and a new D card for Dorothy Perkins which I do not have. I do have a new D card from Amazon which I am fully aware of. After my operation I was and still am on extremely powerful pain medication including oxycodone short and long term release, gabapentin and also diazepam because I was subsequently diagnosed with neurogenic bladder (I have no urge to pee and the diazepam fully relaxes my bladder). I had carers who had full access to my emails and bank details but I was unaware due to the medication side effects, these included my neighbours, my now ex husband who left me and admitted to having an affair and my 17 year old daughter who had to move out of my house as she was bringing drugs back to my house and taking money from me And putting my younger daughter (she’s a young carer) in danger.
my ex husband has been round periodically To look after my daughter while I’ve been in and out of hospital and I have since moved house But he has been coming round there too and I remember a package arriving once for me that i didn’t recognise and he said he would take care of it, I’m scared my ex and his girlfriend have stolen my identity. I honestly didn’t find out about these cards until I wasn’t able to order anything from my littlewoods catalogue which I clear every month.
i then checked my bank account and discovered payments to new day cards which had ceased around the same time I moved, these were not my amazon card as that comes up as amazon even though it is new day.
i have no access to these cards or the accounts. I’m extremely upset as it’s a big black mark on my credit file and I wouldn’t have taken out store cards after serious spine surgery!
please help I’ve already raised an NOC. But nobody is replying.

Also my online savings account with starling recently had transactions Come out which were fraudulent and not under my name they were for simply be and Studio??0

An NOC is the last thing you need to add.
You should be reporting all these incidents as fraud,

If I was in your position I would be immediately reporting this fraud to the police, then getting protective registration so that additional verification has to be undertaken if any further lines of credit are opened in your name.0

To be blunt - someone is obviously commiting fraud using your name. Lenders will not cancel debt or remove these things from your file unless you're willing to go full in with the police/action fraud. If it's a family member they may try and pressure you to not proceed but be warned, the lenders will not accept a situation where you claim it's fraud but are unwilling to proceed with a fraud prosecution. If you believe it's your ex, don't let him talk you out of going to the police.1

Please go to the police. My mum has got alot of debt in my name and still has until recently but I paid it so she didn't get in trouble with the law but I actually regret it because she has continued to do it. That must be stressful and I have to say being on strong pain relief won't be a reason not to get cards and I can say that because I'm on morphine and have actually been transferred to oxycontin and I had a argos card but it was paid off but I get what you mean hun after the surgery not being in any state to be shopping so don't take offence to what I'm saying. I hope you are recovering now. Chronic pain is a living hell and it's heartbreaking people take advantage. Pm me anytime. Much love x

Report it to the Police, Action Fraud then get your Statutory Credit Reports (free) from all 3 Credit Reference Agencies. (You can do this online or apply by mail)
Have a look at www.freeidprotection.co.uk or you could Password protect your credit file. These are cheaper and probably more effective than CIFAS Protective Registration (£25 for 2 years).
