Hi I am desperately trying to get my money back for a cancelled Virgin flight booked through Opodo. We have been unable to contact Opodo on the phone as all contact numbers have been removed from their site. We are trying to get our money from a credit card claim but been notified that Opodo have said we have accepted a voucher. We have not accepted any voucher. I am finding this really stressful as we are owed £2283. I don't know what to do. Does anyone have any contact numbers for Opodo and can I get money back another way if the credit card company cannot help?

still waiting on a final decision on flights booked through Opodo.com in January and have had to have the chargeback reinstated outside of the timeframes quoted by American Express, but with Opodo effectively closing its customer service it’s the only way to force them to pay up.
