Permanent roof. It's got corrugated galvanised metal on it. When we eventually get the extension sorted, we'll move it to the bottom of the garden.One of my friends did a bit of googling and discovered a covered pergola was actually a pavillion. So we're raring to have a cream tea in there and watch some cricket....

This shows you Dutch blinds which are fine if one sits inside and one out. But as you can see they don't come out a long way thought they are cheapish and easy to get and have fitted. Quite quick as there's just brackets screwed to the wall.The ones' I'm thinking I might get are the 'patio awnings' of the roll out flat type to stop the slabs outside the patio doors getting very hot in the sun and the heat reflecting into the living room.There are lots of differnt types
