Advice Please - How long to wait for chain to re-establish??

We have been trying to move since October last year... nightmare with our old buyer chopping chains and chain breaking and loosing our dream house in the end due to re-sold for higher price (guzumped).
We decided to leave old buyer and toxic chain(a year of mis-information and lies) and start again with New buyer who needs to relocate to area due to guaranteed work. This chain has 2 properties below ours has now broken 3 times....our offer on a new property accepted over a month ago but seller is in no rush. Both properties below ours are back on the market, how long should we wait before putting ours back on the market or should we just wait for our buyer to re-sell. We don't want this do go on for another year!!
