Everyone's experience is helpful! The more people answer, the more we will learn about the best ways to prevent and treat Covid-19.

We are interested in replies from anyone aged 16 years or over, whether or not you have had symptoms of Covid-19, so please complete the questionnaire. 

What will happen if I take part?

Most people will take 10-20 minutes to complete the questions, depending on which sections you complete. Before you start, if you kept a diary and any medicines which you took for any recent coughs or fevers, please find them, as they will help you to answer the questions. If you have a repeat prescription or list of medicines that you took, it would be helpful to have the list at hand when completing the survey.
