The West Midlands region has seen a significant spike in the number of people aged 17 to 29 years being tested positive for Coronavirus (Covid-19).

We are proud of our young and diverse population. We want to speak to young people and find out:

* What you think is causing this increase of Covid-19 among 17 to 29-year olds?
* If you think the Government Guidelines are clear and being followed by young people?
* How we in the West Midlands can communicate guidelines and restrictions more effectively?

We want to hear from you, take the survey and you could win a £50 Amazon Voucher. The closing date for entries is Monday 26th October. There are 25 questions and this will take you approximately 5 minutes.
