Have you received the "how your disability affects you form"? if so when did you return this? A successful claim can potentially take several months.
Whether you'll be successfully awarded depends on how your conditions affect your ability to carry out daily activity based on the PIP descriptors.
This link is a good place to start to try to understand the descriptors, what they mean and the criteria.

  • I recommend speaking with your local CAB who can support you through the process.  Just be honest about your conditions and explain fully, don't expect them to understand, you need to spell it out how your life is affected.  Good luck!
But there are dreams that cannot be,and there are storms we cannot weather!

My local CAB, (from my personal experience) were total rubbish. :( This was in 2018 though.

I have to agree with you about CAB.  In 2020 they are no better, unfortunately.  With Covid restrictions I can't see things improving either.

Turns out they closed my case because I couldn't remember  the dates of when I went abroad 2 years ago. They told me to ring them back when I had the correct dates.

That will be because part of the eligibility criteria for PIP is you must have lived in the UK for at least 2 of the last 3 years.
